REA has been dealing with automating production processes dedicated to the sheet-metal working, mechanical processing and foundry sectors for over 35 years.
With a single integrated line, our engineering is able to automate several production processes and handle all phases of the realisation of the finished product.
To obtain the required results, REA has enriched its SCADA systems – capable of exchanging information with other intelligences of the line (PLC, OC, Management Systems) – via files or databases.
The architecture, being built on each occasion based on the specific needs of the customers, enders it possible to send and collect production and process data, making it possible to achieve the traceability of the entire production pathway, starting from the raw material through to the finished product, being assembled, tested and packaged to be in stock and ready for shipment to the customer, in accordance with the latest Industry 4.0 regulations.
